Pre-Orders

Placing a pre-order guarantees your spot in line for an item that is currently out of stock or launching soon.

You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it is covered under our standard 100-day refund policy.
