Subscriptions

  • When you sign up for a Waterify subscription, you will receive automatic deliveries based on the schedule you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored safely and securely. You will only be billed as each delivery is processed (unless you have chosen to pay upfront).

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each cycle to ensure you never run out of clean water.

  • Total Flexibility: You are never locked in. You can cancel your subscription at absolutely any time.

  • Every order confirmation email includes a direct link for you to easily pause, modify, or cancel your plan.

  • All subscription orders are fully backed by our standard 100-Day, 50% Refund Guarantee.

Pre-Orders

  • Placing a pre-order guarantees your spot in line for an item that is currently out of stock or launching soon.

  • You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped.

  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it is covered under our standard 100-day refund policy.

  • Our Fit & Satisfaction Guarantee: If your Waterify system doesn't fit your tap, or if you simply aren't satisfied, we will refund 50% of the product price. The best part? You do not need to return the product to us. You keep it!

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  1. Reach out to our friendly support team at waterifyshop@gmail.com within 100 days of receiving your delivery.

  2. Please include your Order Number and a quick explanation of the issue (for example, if it didn't fit your specific tap or didn't meet your expectations).

  3. Once our team verifies your details, your 50% refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.
