Waterify Return & Refund Policy

At Waterify, we want you to love your water. We understand that every home is different, and sometimes a product just isn't the right fit. That’s why we offer a simple, stress-free guarantee.

Our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you aren't happy with your Waterify system, or if it doesn't fit your tap, you have 100 days from the date of delivery to let us know.

The "Keep It" Refund Policy We like to keep things simple and eco-friendly. Instead of making you pack up a wet filter and mail it back to us:

  • We will issue a 50% refund of the product price directly to your original payment method.

  • You keep the product. There is no need to ship anything back to us.

  • This saves you the hassle of return shipping and reduces our carbon footprint.

Subscription Returns

  • Your first subscription order is fully covered by our 100-day guarantee.

  • For recurring subscription renewals, please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date if you no longer wish to receive filters.

  • Once a recurring subscription order has been processed and shipped, it follows our standard 50% refund policy.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will send out a replacement part or a full system at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Refund Request Getting your refund is easy:

  1. Email us: Reach out to waterifyshop@gmail.com within 100 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your details: Tell us your Order Number and briefly explain the issue (e.g., "It didn't fit my tap" or "I've changed my mind").

  3. Get Paid: Once we confirm your details, we will process your 50% refund immediately. It usually takes 3-5 business days to show up on your bank statement.
